In 2012, SBM experienced engineer Leon designed a complete gold ore processing plant for a Sudan customer. This customer needed large scaled production plant and wanted to set up this plant very soon. After confirming about this specific requirements and the size of his working site, the local power condition, the engineer designed a complete plant for him.

Gold Ore Processing Plant Design

According to the hardness of gold ore and the requirements of the customer, the engineer designed a complete gold ore processing plant consist of feeder, jaw crusher, hammer crusher, vibrating screen, ball mill, jigging machine, flotation machine and belt conveyor etc. And the whole work process is: gold ore—feeder—jaw crusher—hammer crusher—vibrating screen—ball mill—jigging machine—flotation machine—gold concentrate.

Here, jaw crusher is the primary crusher for coarsely crushing the gold ore and hammer crusher is the fine crusher to crush the gold ore particles into suitable sizes to enter the ball mill. Ball mill is used to grind the gold ore into suitable sized powder for further processing. Jigging machine is used for rough concentration and flotation machine is used for fine concentrate, and we finally get gold concentrate.
